Aunt Rubys Meatballs

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • .5 tsp salt
  • .5 c bread crumbs
  • .25 c evaporated milk
  • 7oz can diced green chiles
  • 1 c beef boullian
  • Flour
  • 2tbs canola or vegetable Oil
  • Jar of hot sauce

Directions

  • Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, garlic, milk, egg, and salt
  • Form beef mixture into meatballs (~ 30)
  • Roll meatballs in flour
  • Fry meatballs in oil until browned.
  • In a clean pan or crockpot, cover the meatballs with salsa and boullion.
  • Simmer 30 minutes
