Deviled Cheese

From El Centro Drug Store

Ingredients

• 2-3lbs Longhorn Cheese (grated)
• 4oz jar diced pimentos
• 2c mayonaise
• 1c sweet pickle relish

Directions

• Brown stew meat. Then drain. (Can be done in batches)
• Place all ingredients in a dutch oven or large pan
• Cook until meat begins to fall apart (~ 3 hours). Or cook in crockpot on high.
• Mix together. Make a sandwich.
