There’s no measuring involved in this. Start with the amount of olive oil you need to dress your salad. Add Worcestershire Sauce until the dressing is the right color. I like it on the darker side. Then add a little lemon juice and 1-2 cloves of pressed garlic (or microplaned). Add parmesean, croutons, and romain.
